Online Payments
The City of Parsons is now accepting utility payments with a debit or credit card both in office and online!
Step 1: Click the Online Payment Portal link below.
Step 2: Select City of Parsons Utility Billing from the drop down menu
Step 3: Enter your 12-digit utility account number.
If you do not know your full account number, you may contact our office at (731) 847-6358.
Step 4: Enter your payment information and submit!
* Please note that there is a 2.5% processing fee for all card payments both in office and online.
* ACH payments submitted online have a processing fee of $1.25.
