Danny Graves has offer to tear down the building without charging if the city would make it a public parking lot. Mayor then asked if there was any discussion. Other buildings talked about was the old City Hall located at 66 West Second Street, and the car wash a joining it, and the incubator buildings located on Long Avenue. The old Library building has been lease out to the Decatur County Shepherd Association, and the factory building has been lease out to Green Earth Bio Fuel, Inc. for a year. The discussion centered on tearing the old City Hall down, along with the car wash and to use this for public parking until it could be sold or to see what needs to be done a later time.
